Annual Fundraiser Luncheon

Held when the weather cools in the fall, the Annual Luncheon Fundraiser for Houston Parks Board brings local civil servants, philanthropists, community leaders, park-lovers and city movers-and-shakers together to celebrate and support the non-profit’s mission to expand, improve, and protect parks and greenspaces in the region.

The luncheon is themed annual to emphasize an accomplishment, goal, or vision for the organization, with this year’s focus on the connections Bayou Greenways, Houston’s 160-mile hike-and-bike trail system, have made for the city. Graphics lean on Houston Parks Board’s branding standards, using the color palette and iconography created for their identity system. For the luncheon, these elements play with interweaving pathways that come together in connection. The pathways also evoke the interconnection of the region’s topography, bayous, and the City’s trail and Bayou Greenway systems.
