Annual Fund

Houston Parks Board launches a spring campaign every year in an fundraising effort to support their mission to mission to expand, improve, and protect parks and greenspaces in the Houston region. The campaign informs the community of programs and initiatives that support local parks, encouraging potential donors for financial backing. The printed solicitation is French fold, paced to reveal the organization’s goals, initiatives, and successes. This year’s campaign features the artwork of a mural entitled Confluence, depicting bird migration that can be seen at the confluences of the bayous within the city. The piece features bright colors, illustrations, and photography, evoking a feeling of play and community present at Houston’s parks, trails, and greenspaces.
